This in-line laser etching equipment was built for 3M Co.  Touch screens for computers enter via an input conveyor. They are detected, guided to an ablation station, clamped, and laser etched to a + 0.0002" accuracy.  The screens are then released and conveyed from the system via exit conveyor.
